Breakthrough Youth Group
Theme Verse
"Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light."
Matthew 11:28-30 NKJV
The Vision for our Students
We want our students to know what the Word of God says, because through the Bible is where we build our foundation in every aspect of life. We will consistently encourage them to seek God as they face trials in their lives, if they do not know the answer to a question in the Bible or situation that a friend or family member presents to them to go searching in scripture, and be in constant prayer that God will be their guide.
Breakthrough Youth Group's YouTube Channel
Breakthrough Youth Group is excited to announce that we have our very own YouTube Channel. The purpose of the channel is to record all messages done on Thursday Nights. If you would like to check out the channel, the button serves a link to the page.
On Going Studies
We would like to invite all of our Middle and High Schoolers to join us on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month. In High School Pastor Elijah is going through the Book of 1 Samuel and in Middle School Edmundo is going through the Book of Daniel.
We hope that you will join us for the Word of God and Fellowship with other students.
Real Talk
Stay Connected with us through our Band App
Every Year our Youth Group hosts the event: Real Talk. During this event it is our goal to be able to answer any questions that the students have with Biblical understanding.
We encourage our students to ask questions whether its about Theology (Who is God?, Is the Bible Trustworthy?), Bible (What does the Bible say about Halloween?), or Personal (I am struggling with _______, how should I deal with this?)
It is so crucial because alongside students questions, it help with giving an understanding of what the culture the students are living through right now.

I've been struggling with a certain person in my life that I truly love and care for. This persons says he's a Christian but he doesn't truly show it. I've recently asked him about it and he says that he struggles with "Religion." He says that he truly believes in the Lord and loves Him. I've told him to continue in learning about the Lord, but I'm nervous I'm not doing enough for him. I want some advice as to what I should continue doing because I love this person and he's genuinely a great guy.

Have a Question?
Submit your Questions for next year's Real Talk.
Every Year our Youth Group hosts an event called Real Talk. This event was created with the idea that students will be able to ask any questions that they want and we will have a small group of people that are trusted in their biblical knowledge to answer these questions with the intention of keeping everything within the scripture.
Below Show what questions we answer each year.
